Returns

• We accept returns only if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The customer must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to Días Contigo.

Non-refundable items

• Sale or discounted items.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Gift cards (if applicable).

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by Días Contigo.
